“Highly recommend! Saw Dr Mark about a year ago for adjustments. Back felt wonderful. Kind of got lazy and stopped. Fast forward to 2wks ago..woke up with a dull but painful headache and very sore neck. This continued for a week…nothing was giving relief. Pain moved into my shoulder. Sleeping was impossible as it worsened when I laid down. With vacation coming up, I was ready to cancel. Made an appt with Dr Mark. Immediately the headache dissipated. Next morning for the first time in 10 days didn’t wake up in pain needing to pop robax for pain. No shoulder pain and neck just has one spot that is tender still to touch but 99% better. Besides being highly skilled, Dr Mark is kind, empathetic and calming. Given the adjustment positions and at times sensitive…as a woman I feel completely comfortable at ease. Admin staff is also very welcoming and happy to assist. Also early appt availability is super handy to be able to get your morning adjustment and not miss work. Sorry so long but so relieved to be feeling so much better and not cancelling my vacation! Thank you Dr Mark and the team :)”

“One thing I would say about chiropractic care is that there is this apprehension about being adjusted violently when you are hurt. This is far from the case with Mark. He talks you through most of it and is amazing at correcting stubborn issues. Mark has helped me from a few workout injuries in the past and a car accident I was in Dec last year.
