About Maria

As a Naturopathic Doctor I have a strong passion to help people regain their health, achieve their goals and feel empowered. I believe in a patient-centered approach by working collaboratively to uncover the root cause of your health concern and implementing an individualized treatment plan that is realistic and sustainable. I am committed to helping individuals build a foundation of health by providing practical, effective tools and treatments that best suit their lifestyle in order to live life to the fullest. It is my mission to educate, guide and work together with you on your wellness journey to achieve optimal health. Education: Licensed and registered Naturopathic doctor through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). Completed Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2020. Completed a four- year Bachelor of Science degree in Forensics and Biology at Trent University. Areas of Interest: Digestive health, sleep issues, hormonal imbalances, stress management, thyroid health, skin health, pain/inflammation and more. Outside of StoneTree Clinic Outside of the clinic I like spending time outdoors, hiking, running and playing a variety of sports. I also enjoy travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
