Dr. Manroop Dayal was born and raised in Surrey, BC. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with magna cum laude honours at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
With a background in sports like swimming and soccer, Dr. Dayal developed a strong appreciation for the importance of maintaining an active, healthy body. She is passionate about helping patients return to doing what they love through personalized, patient-centered care.
Dr. Dayal uses a variety of techniques tailored to each individual and works closely with patients to create realistic, goal-oriented treatment plans. She has experience treating patients of all ages, with a special interest in women’s health and pediatric care, including a focus on pelvic floor health and treatment.
She incorporates education and practical tools to support pelvic floor function and overall well-being. She is also trained in the Webster Technique, a specialized chiropractic approach that supports pelvic balance and function during pregnancy, allowing her to provide safe and effective care for expectant mothers as well as gentle treatment for infants and children.
