About Lisa

Dr. Lisa Adams is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, women’s health coach, Sensamed practitioner, and facilitator of The Wild Collective and Wild Mama - where women and mothers come together in community. Over the last 15+ years, her clinical focus and extensive training have been centered around the health of Moms and Moms-to-be: This includes fertility, pregnancy and children’s health, healthy weight and aging, perimenopause, and emotional / mental wellness. Through her own struggles in motherhood, she developed advanced strategies and training which she now passes on to her patients in her Solmama Methodology. She is passionate about helping Moms and Moms-to-be to look and feel their best by achieving healthy hormones and weight, a clear and focused mind, and ultimately experiencing more of the joy and calm they crave everyday. When she’s not leading women and families in health, Dr. Lisa may be found sipping a good cup of coffee, reading, cooking, or enjoying a nature hike with her feisty eleven year old daughter.
