Dr. Lauren Rea, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a clinical focus on sports medicine and regenerative injection therapies. As a former varsity soccer player with a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology, she brings a unique athlete-to-practitioner perspective to musculoskeletal care. Dr. Lauren's practice focuses on ultrasound-guided treatments including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), corticosteroid injections, hyaluronic acid injections, neural therapy, and trigger point injections. She works with active individuals and athletes seeking evidence-based solutions for sports injuries, chronic pain, and performance optimization, while also providing comprehensive care for a wide range of general health concerns. Dr. Lauren completed her naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and is certified in advanced injection therapies through West Coast Injection Training for both appendicular (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, plantar fascia) and axial (sacroiliac joint, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine) regions.
