Larissa works from a client-centered lens, which means that she chooses whichever therapeutic approach seems to fit best with her client’s concerns. Within this lens she often incorporates aspects of Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
Larissa works with children, teens, adults, and couples.
In addition to her work with anxiety and depression, Larissa has a special interest in working with clients who are experiencing concerns related to diversity, including LGBTQ+, cross-cultural, and adoption experiences, among others.
