Please note: Dr. Kira is on maternity leave & will be returning October 1 2024 Hi, I'm Dr. Kira and I'm a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Kinesiologist. Please note I am only able to offer virtual care at this time. I have covered both of Dr. Jaclyn's maternity leaves. Dr. Jaclyn and I both have a positive, non-judgmental attitude, and enjoy educating and empowering our patients. We practice using the Naturopathic principles including treating the physical, mental and emotional aspects of each patient, and are dedicated to providing our patients with individualized, natural solutions. However, we recognize that in some cases there might be a need for collaboration with conventional medical practices, and value integrative medicine. I have a special interest in working with women's health and fertility, mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, ADD/ADHD and bipolar, along with nutritional support for general wellness or medical conditions.
