Dr. Katherine is a Registered Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist who has proudly owned and operated the Tecumseh Naturopathic Clinic since 2005. She offers a warm, welcoming general practice that supports individuals of all ages and stages of life. While she treats a wide range of health concerns, she has a special passion for women’s health, digestive wellness, fertility and prenatal care, autoimmune conditions, and effective pain management. Her treatment approach is both holistic and practical, offering individualized care plans that may include dietary guidance, acupuncture, high-quality supplements, and lifestyle counselling. As a mother of two, she genuinely understands how challenging it can be to prioritize self-care. Her mission is to make proactive, evidence-informed healthcare accessible, sustainable, and easy to integrate into everyday life. Although she draws from a variety of naturopathic therapies, Dr. Katherine has a deep and long-standing focus on acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has devoted years to expanding her knowledge in these areas because she has seen firsthand how profoundly they can support healing. Many clients come to her for concerns unrelated to acupuncture, only to discover how surprisingly calming and restorative the treatments can be. When practiced through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture offers a powerful balancing effect that supports the body as a whole.
