Josh has helped me on more than one occasion with shoulder and back pain where physiotherapy wasn't working. He takes the time to understand what's wrong by asking pointed questions and conducting a physical assessment to see your limitations. I recently had a shoulder injury that physiotherapy was barely helping after 9 months. 4 visits to Josh made my shoulder feel almost perfect again. I highly recommend him.

Josh and the team at Adapt helped to completely fix my neck and shoulder pain. I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. The exercises he shared have helped to relieve years of pain. Thank you Josh!

Super chiropractor. He can do chiro, acupuncture and physio in one appointment and give you exercises. Josh really helped me with ongoing neck pain and today I am better. Thanks for everything Josh!

I started seeing Josh back in November of 2022. If I were to be honest, I was not keen on the idea of him stepping in. He had big shoes to fill, as his predecessor was "cracking" me up for some time. Well, let me just say, insert foot into mouth! First, let's talk about the incredible energy Josh brings to the table. Haha! He has an easy going manner and such a genuine interest in you, that when you start discussing your health history, you forget your talking to a licensed doctor about how you got injured and not a friend from your glory days who was there when you got injured. Wow, now that's rare. A natural conversationalist that doesn't treat you like a number. That flow of confidence in his treatment style is effortless, but not egotistical. You truly feel like you are in good hands. I suffer from plenty of back, hip, neck and ankle issues due to my career in the military. I can honestly say that Josh, because he prefers you call him that instead of Dr. Rodley, was always willing to listen to me and what my injuries were doing on any given visit. He took his time and would try various treatment styles until the right one fell into place. As a woman, who sometimes feels not heard and whose opinion is easily dismissed, I appreciated that Josh wanted my feedback on how I felt his method of treatments were making me feel and if I thought it was working for me. It's been a while since a man wanted to hear what I felt and actually listen to me. Another thing I liked about his approach was his constant willingness to research and read about new techniques and new treatments for his profession. Did you know he also does acupuncture?! Not all chiropractors do that. His open mindness to cross treatment as a compliment to each other, is refreshing. You know when you have something good finally happening with your health you hate to lose it. Sort of like your youth. I hated to see Josh leave, but my loss is your gain. Don't let the opportunity to be treated by him, slip by. I promise you, you'll be glad you booked with him sooner rather than later. Don't look me up to thank me though, that'd just be weird.

Josh listened really well and took his time assessing my issue. He is really thorough and I never felt rushed in my appointments. He offered a few different treatments and those which I received worked so well and I'm happy to say I'm no longer suffering from what was a long-standing complaint. Highly recommend!

Josh has been fantastic to work with! I had a fall skiing and was in a lot of pain so came for an assessment and recovery plan so that I could transition to tennis season. Josh was very very thorough with his analysis and at each session I could feel the progress by following the exercises he provided. He is knowledgeable and encouraging which made me feel confident that I was going to recover and play tennis and return to skiing! Extremely happy with my results!

Dr. Josh Rodley helped me rehab and recover chronic issues as well as help me return to sport from injuries. He listened to my concerns and was able to provide me with treatment, exercises, and advice to get me back to sport and help me prevent further injury. He is a great chiropractor and I can’t recommend him enough, for both athletes and non-athletes!
