About Joseph
Dr. Joseph Amaral is a licensed chiropractor dedicated to helping patients move better, feel
better, and return to the activities they love. With a strong focus on evidence-based care, Dr.
Amaral works with patients of all ages to address musculoskeletal conditions, improve
function, and support overall health.
Dr. Amaral earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University before
completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences.
During his training, he gained experience assessing and treating a wide range of conditions.
He is committed to ongoing learning and regularly pursues continuing education to stay
current with the latest evidence-based treatment approaches.
Dr. Amaral takes a patient-centered approach to care, combining chiropractic adjustments
with soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education to help
individuals achieve lasting results. He believes that understanding the root cause of pain and
empowering patients with the tools to manage their health is key to recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Amaral enjoys fitness, sports, traveling, and spending time with
family and friends. He looks forward to helping patients in the Hamilton area live healthier, more active lives.
