Dr. Griffith is a Naturopathic Physician, trained at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her clinical focus includes hormonal and digestive health, stress, and burnout, with special interest in menopause. Dr. Griffith delivers patient-centred and trauma informed care with a passion to support people's resilience in life transitions through deepening their connection to the cycles and seasons in nature, and in their lives.
Dr. Griffith's desire to provide care at the physical, mental-emotional, and energetic levels, has led her to trainings and certifications through out her career including fertility, menopause, digestive health, thyroid health, bio therapeutic drainage, herbal medicine, traditional Chinese acupuncture and facial rejuvenation, Somatics, Bowen therapy and Reiki.
Dr. Griffith acknowledges and gives thanks to the land, and the wisdom of traditional care keepers of the unceded territories of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, where she works and resides.
