About Jesse
Dr. Rempel is a licensed psychologist who provides psychoeducational assessments for individuals of all ages, and individual therapy for adolescents and adults. Dr. Rempel is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and has a particular interest in working with anxiety, depression, and attachment issues.
Dr. Rempel draws from a variety of clinical approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, and takes a client-centred stance across all of his work. Dr. Rempel strives to create a secure base from which his clients can fulfill their emotional and support needs. He believes in accepting clients at their developmental stage and nurturing the personal strengths, values, and inner coping skills they already possess. Dr. Rempel completed his training in clinical psychology at Adler University. His research focused on reviewing evidence for music therapy with adolescents.
