“I’m giving Appleby Total Health 4 stars overall. If I were rating only the chiropractor Dr. Jennifer O’Shea and the receptionist, it would easily be a shining 5 stars. Dr. O’Shea is excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and helpful. When she saw how upset I was about the situation, she genuinely tried her best to find a way to keep me as a customer, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the clinic does not offer direct billing to insurance, which is a dealbreaker for me. Because of that, I won’t be able to continue coming here, even though I otherwise had a very positive experience. If direct billing were available, I would gladly return.”
