About Jenna

Dr. Jenna Spencer received her undergraduate education at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. She has worked as a Kinesiologist in various rehabilitation based, multidisciplinary clinics in the GTA and Kitchener prior to pursuing a career in Chiropractic. She attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) with academic distinctions cum laude and clinical honours. Dr. Spencer offers a variety of treatment approaches including spinal and joint manipulative/mobilization therapy, soft tissue therapy, low level laser therapy, electrotherapy (IFC, TENS) and rehabilitative exercises. She also has additional training in the McKenzie (MDT) Therapy for low back and neck pain as well as Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Rehabilitation. Dr. Spencer prides herself on providing patients with individualized treatment options and self-management strategies to help them feel, move and function better in their day to day activities. She works with patients to help them achieve their goals, whether it be for pain relief or preventative purposes. She provides evidence-informed care and rehabilitative therapy for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions pertaining to the spine as well as upper and lower extremities for individuals of all ages. She also provides pre and postnatal musculoskeletal care to support women during pregnancy to maintain their function and assist them in being as pain-free as possible.
