Dr Jason Guben, chiropraticien DC, pratique dans le West-Island depuis plus de 28 ans. Il est titulaire d'un baccalauréat en sciences infirmières de l'Université McGill et il est diplômé du Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College avec mention clinique en tant que docteur en chiropratique en 1995. Le Dr Guben a terminé le certificat d'etudes supérieures en gestion de la douleur chronique à McGill et il sert actuellement en tant que gouverneur du Conseil canadien des examens chiropratiques. En tant que professionnel de la santé, il se consacre à aider les gens à surmonter leur douleur et leur handicap en utilisant des thérapies manuelles et physiques.
Le Dr Guben traite des patients atteints de maladies aiguës, subaiguës et chroniques. La majorité de sa pratique consiste en des douleurs lombaires, des douleurs au cou et des problèmes articulaires – coudes, épaules et genoux. Le Dr Guben s'intéresse également à la prévention des blessures musculo-squelettiques au travail - donnant des séminaires sur l'ergonomie et les positions assises pour les travailleurs sédentaires avec des commentaires très positifs depuis 1998.
Dr. Jason Guben, chiropractor DC, has been in practice in the West-Island for over 28 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from McGill University and he graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with clinic honors as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1995. Dr. Guben has completed the Graduate Certificate in Chronic Pain Management at McGill and he currently serves as a governor on the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. As a healthcare professional he is dedicated to helping people overcome their pain and disability using manual and physical therapies.
Dr. Guben treats patients with acute, sub-acute and chronic conditions. The majority of his practice consists of low back pain, neck pain and joint problems – elbows, shoulder and knees. Dr. Guben is also interested in preventing musculoskeletal injuries at the workplace – giving seminars on ergonomics and sitting positions for sedentary workers with very positive feedback since 1998.
