Dr. Jagpreet Garcha graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences, New York, where he earned his doctorate in chiropractic. He is a highly skilled and dedicated practitioner, with a passion for helping his patients achieve optimal health and well-being through natural, holistic care. With a strong background in anatomy, athletics, and musculoskeletal conditions, Dr. Garcha is well-equipped to provide a wide range of services to his patients, including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. In addition to his chiropractic training, Dr. Garcha has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University, specializing in neurofunctional acupuncture. He applies a functional approach to his treatments, integrating acupuncture to address nervous system imbalances and promote healing and pain relief. Dr. Garcha's expertise in neurofunctional acupuncture allows him to effectively address a variety of conditions, such as chronic pain, treatment and prevention of sports injuries, and functional enhancement to athletic performance. He has a deep understanding of human movement and injury rehabilitation through his Advanced Certificate in Sport Science and Human Performance, as well as from his experience in sports like soccer and hockey which he played while growing up. Dr. Garcha takes a comprehensive approach to patient care because of his background in personal training prior to becoming a chiropractor. He leverages his knowledge of human movement, anatomy, exercises and acupuncture to develop personalized treatment plans that optimize function and overall well-being. Dr. Garcha is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field, ensuring that his patients receive the highest quality of care. During his time off, Dr. Garcha finds joy in engaging in various physical activities, including playing sports, working out in the gym, hiking, and exploring new experiences.
