She believes that by supporting the body's natural healing processes and addressing the factors contributing to illness, patients can achieve lasting improvements in their health and well-being. Dr. Astrom completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), where she completed focused clinical training in Mental Health and Paediatrics. Her practice has a special interest in nervous system health including ADHD, autism, anxiety, and stress along with thyroid disorders, women's hormonal health, and paediatric care. She develops individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed naturopathic medicine, including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, nutritional supplementation, and acupuncture, empowering patients with practical tools to support lifelong health.
