About Heena

Dr. Heena Loomba is a chiropractor with a passion for helping women, children, and families feel comfortable and confident in their bodies through every stage of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences. Since beginning clinical practice, Dr. Heena has worked with patients experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and back pain, headaches, postural strain, joint and muscle pain, and injuries related to work, everyday life, and changing physical demands. Her growing clinical focus is in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care. Dr. Heena is particularly interested in supporting the physical changes that occur throughout pregnancy and motherhood, as well as providing gentle, age-appropriate musculoskeletal care for babies and children. She is committed to continuing her education in this area and is currently pursuing additional training in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care. Dr. Heena’s approach to care combines hands-on chiropractic treatment, soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation, exercise, and practical education tailored to each individual. She has also completed training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and Activator Methods. As a mom herself, Dr. Heena understands how much a person’s body can change through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, carrying little ones, feeding, disrupted sleep, and the physical demands of everyday parenting. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, where their concerns are taken seriously, and where care is adapted to their comfort and goals. Dr. Heena is excited to be part of The WOMB community and to work collaboratively with its multidisciplinary team to support women and families throughout pregnancy, postpartum, childhood, and beyond.
