About Heather

Dr. Heather Robinson is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for helping women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and truly thrive. Focusing in stress and energy management, hormonal health, mental wellness, fertility support, and gut health, Dr. Heather takes a root-cause approach to care because she believes that stress sits at the heart of so many health concerns women face today. Her mission is to support patients so they can sleep deeply, balance their hormones, support their fertility journey, and show up fully in their lives. Having navigated chronic stress herself, and having witnessed its many forms in her patients, Dr. Heather has developed sustainable, personalized protocols that create lasting change. Dr. Heather draws on a varied toolkit to create individualized treatment plans, including: Nutritional counselling & targeted supplementation Traditional Chinese Medicine Motivational interviewing & holistic counselling Advanced functional testing (blood work, DUTCH hormone testing, stool testing, and more) This integrative approach allows her to uncover what's driving your symptoms, whether that's hormonal imbalance, gut dysfunction, fertility challenges, or chronic stress, and build a plan tailored specifically to you. Dr. Heather holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, where she completed over 1,200 hours of clinical training in her intern year at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, Queen West Satellite Clinic, and Brampton Civic Hospital. Most recently, she expanded her expertise at a functional medicine clinic in the UK, where she supported patients with chronic and complex health concerns, deepening her ability to identify root causes and design truly personalized care plans.
