Whether you have lofty performance goals, or immediate pain reduction on your mind, I take pride in guiding you from where you are, to where you want to be. Movement is my happy place. It clears my mind, changes my mood, and is a great way to connect with people. I am a runner and a cyclist, but consider myself a generalist. I hike in the summer, ski in the winter, and surf the Great Lakes whenever there are waves.
