Dr. Garrett Bramall is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in musculoskeletal medicine and chronic pain. With a lifelong background in competitive athletics, including Junior A lacrosse and university-level play at St. Francis Xavier University, Dr. Bramall brings a deep, personal understanding of injury and recovery to his practice.
After struggling with chronic low back pain that limited his own athletic pursuits, Dr. Bramall experienced firsthand the impact of integrative care—an experience that ultimately shaped his path into naturopathic medicine. Today, he works with people and athletes who are dealing with pain, menopause and metabolic disease; helping them restore function and improve their overall quality of life.
Dr. Bramall holds a first-class honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from St. Francis Xavier University and completed his medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Vancouver. His clinical training includes experience across multiple integrative care settings, including primary care, complex chronic disease management, and sports medicine.
