During her undergraduate years, she completed an Honours Double Major Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science & Psychology, paving her way for a master’s degree in early childhood studies. Driven by a passion for helping others, she embarked on a journey to become a naturopathic doctor, and for the past five years, she has been a trusted partner in her patients' health journeys and has been contributing to evidence-based naturopathic medical knowledge as a co-author for the Naturopathic Currents Journal.
