Dr. Faaria Karim, ND, strives to enhance and elevate her patients’ lives by educating and empowering them to feel vibrant, strong and energized. She blends clinical expertise with research evidence to address the underlying cause of symptoms to help solve her patients’ health challenges. Dr. Karim holds both a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree and a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Before moving back home to Vancouver, she completed a rigourous residency program at a well-established, integrated clinic in Portland, OR. She was very fortunate to learn from and work with some of the best practitioners in the fields of fertility, women’s health and digestive health and continues to focus in these areas today. She most commonly serves people who struggle with infertility, thyroid conditions, fatigue, PCOS, PMS, hormones, peri-menopause and menopause, complaints in pregnancy, IBS, food sensitivities, SIBO, Crohns and colitis, and autoimmune conditions. She is licensed by the College of Naturopathic Physicians in British Columbia and is certified in Prescription Authority and Acupuncture.
