“I found the place comfortable, clean and professional. The desk team is very welcoming and polite. Also the pre assessment team was very helpful. The three stars come because I had appointment with Dr. Evelyn Lo. And out of the 55 min length of the entire appointment she spend 5 at the most with me. I did not feel heard by her and did not gave me a real solution or explanation of my situation. The intern spend more time with me and was more empathetic and I felt listened by her. After Dr. Lo left the office the staff at the desk were the ones who explained me the next steps and my treatment.”

“Overall Mount Pleasant Optometry Center is professional and clean, and the support staff are lovely. This is a 4 out of 5 star review as Dr. Evelyn Lo's soft skills and communication could use some improvement. Dr. Lo is clearly technically proficient but I felt emotionally off-balance during the assessment. I'm glad my experience ended with the reception staff.
