About Erika

Dr. Erika Jaillet is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and achieve long-term health through evidence-based, individualized care. Originally from Dieppe, New Brunswick, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the Université de Moncton before completing her Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy (RCCMT) and her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. During her naturopathic internship, she was part of the Sports Medicine and Pain Management focus shift, where she furthered her passion for working with athletes and individuals living with acute and chronic pain. This experience inspired her to pursue massage therapy alongside naturopathic medicine, allowing her to combine comprehensive health consultations with hands-on treatment to better support her patients' recovery and performance. She offers a wide range of naturopathic services, including nutrition and lifestyle counselling, clinical supplementation, and botanical medicine. She also provides acupuncture for pain management, injuries, cosmetic concerns, stress reduction, and overall wellness, as well as treatment-focused massage therapy incorporating soft tissue techniques, cupping therapy, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic stretching. Her clinical interests include sports medicine, pain management, fibromyalgia, digestive health, hormonal health, metabolic health, and skin health. She believes in treating the root cause of illness while empowering patients with practical, evidence-informed tools to optimize their health and prevent future concerns. Her services may be eligible for extended health insurance coverage under naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and massage therapy. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Jaillet enjoys an active lifestyle. Whether she's teaching yoga, running, hiking, or spending time outdoors, she believes movement is an essential part of lifelong health and is passionate about helping others find enjoyable, sustainable ways to stay active.
