Dr. Emily is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and founder of Bluebell Natural Medicine, with a special focus in fertility and women's health. She supports women and couples who are preparing for pregnancy, actively trying to conceive, or navigating fertility treatment such as IUI or IVF. She also works with women seeking support for reproductive health concerns including PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual concerns, as well as throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Dr. Emily takes an evidence-informed, integrative, and personalized approach to care. Depending on your individual needs, care may include comprehensive assessment and testing, clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, acupuncture, fertility awareness education, and mind-body support. After years of supporting fertility patients in private practice, Dr. Emily created The Bluebell Fertility Method—a four-part approach designed to help women better understand their fertility, strengthen the foundations that support reproductive health, personalize their care, and confidently navigate what comes next. Above all, Dr. Emily strives to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered with a clear understanding of their health and next steps.
