Facial Rejuvenation and Cosmetic Acupuncture is another special area of focus, as Dr. Elena enjoys helping her patients smooth fine lines and wrinkles, target sagging, and work on a glowing complexion. >She commonly sees patients who are struggling with Anxiety, Gut Issues, Skin issues(Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis etc), Cosmetic Signs of Aging, Fatigue, Stress, Sleep issues, and Hormonal issues. As a new Mom , Dr. Elena understands the unique challenges faced by moms when navigating the complexity of balancing motherhood with personal & health goals. Dr. Elena is passionate about helping people achieve better health , and believes that reaching your health goals should be done in a realistic and sustainable way. >Dr. Elena’s mission is to help you achieve a calm mind, glowing skin and a healthy gut, so that you can finally break free of limitations and enjoy your life more. —- After Graduating with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biological sciences from the University of Guelph, Dr. Elena Z ND went on to complete an additional 4 years of post-graduate Naturopathic Medical studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Toronto, Ontario to obtain her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree. —- >She has additional licenses and certifications to provide B12 injections, Facial Rejuvenation and Cosmetic Acupuncture , and more. --- With an evidence-based practice, Dr. Elena Z ND focuses on using acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicine, supplementation, lifestyle change, basic and comprehensive lab work , and the like in her practice. --- When she is not working, you can find her enjoying life as a new mom with her husband & sweet baby boy , spending time with family , and enjoying the outdoors.
