My journey into healthcare began while completing a four year Bachelor of Science with Honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa.
I then dedicated the next five years to earning my Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine diploma. Since graduating, I have continued to pursue advanced training and professional development to refine my clinical skills and provide the highest quality care to my patients.
As a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I utilize acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and individualized herbal formulas to help patients achieve their health goals. My practice has a strong focus on pain management, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, autoimmune disorders, and chronic illness.
Every treatment plan is individualized, combining evidence-informed practice with traditional Chinese medicine to address both symptoms and underlying patterns of dysfunction.
Patient education is a central part of my practice, and I am committed to empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and recovery. In addition to my clinical work in Victoria, BC, I have served as a professor of Chinese medicine for the past five years, where I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring future practitioners. I remain committed to lifelong learning and continually refining my approach to provide the best possible care for my patients.
