My path to chiropractic care was shaped by years of hands-on experience across a wide range of health settings. After completing my Bachelor's in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto and a Master's in Professional Kinesiology, I shadowed physiotherapists, chiropractors, and hospital teams all while working at Village Wellness Clinic as a Chiropractic Health Assistant. That time here deepened my passion for patient care and led me to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic in 2023.
I'm an evidence-based chiropractor who believes that no two bodies are the same and that treatment should always be tailored to fit each person's unique needs, goals, and pace. In addition to chiropractic care, I'm licensed in functional Western medical acupuncture and hold a BoneFit™ certificate through Osteoporosis Canada, allowing me to support patients dealing with bone health concerns.
My background spans high-performance sport, occupational wellness, and chronic disease. I've worked with varsity athletes, provided field care for the University of Toronto's men's rugby team, and gained occupational health experience at Toronto Fire Services and Michael Garron Hospital. During my intern year at CMCC, I also worked extensively with surgical patients, geriatric individuals, and athletes. That experience allows me to provide effective, thoughtful care across the spectrum.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy digital art on my iPad, running, and the occasional kayaking adventure.
