As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. David uses a holistic approach to patient care that considers their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. He believes that natural and evidence-based approaches are integral components to optimal health. Through his own experiences and education, Dr. David was able to witness first-hand the role that naturopathic medicine has in disease prevention and health promotion. He values the time, consideration, and individualized treatment that goes into patient care. On his journey to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. David completed a four-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science in nutritional science, and a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Guelph. Throughout his academic journey, he worked as a nutrition coach and personal trainer, helping to empower individuals to maintain or improve their health and wellbeing. Dr. David’s expertise extends beyond nutrition and exercise, encompassing techniques such as, botanical medicine, acupuncture and cupping, physical medicine techniques, patient education, and lifestyle counselling. He employs a combination of these approaches to achieve optimal health for his patients and address the root cause of health issues. Dr. David’s focuses include metabolic syndrome, weight management, mental health, pain and fatigue, skin and gut health, men’s health, athletic performance and recovery, and overall health optimization. Promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping his patients achieve their health goals are his passions. In his free time, Dr. David keeps active, enjoys being outdoors, and spends quality time with friends and family.
