This follow up visit is meant to discuss treatment progress, re-assess patient health goals, modify treatment plans + review new blood work or functional test results.

This 45 minute follow up visit is for patients who have not had a visit in over 5 months, or have had a significant change to their health.

This appointment must be booked if you have not seen Dr. Danielle or Dr. Erica for 12 + months.
