About Danica
Dr. Danica DePass grew up in Calgary, Alberta. She began her university career in her hometown studying Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary. She then attended Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Vision Science as well as her Doctor of Optometry degree, with honours. After graduation, Danica worked in rural Alberta where she expanded her clinical experience in areas such as ocular disease management and low vision rehabilitation. She is now excited to be a part of the vibrant Okanagan lifestyle and community! Outside of the office, Danica enjoys hiking, travelling and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, Aussiedoodles, and adventure cat.
