* ON MATERNITY LEAVE UNTIL NOV 2026 * Dr. Courtney graduated with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also has a Bachelors of Science in health science administration. Her passion for all things health and fitness stem from her soccer and Crossfit background. After undergoing five knee surgeries of her own, she became inspired to help others recover from injuries and to function at their best. Appointments with Dr. Courtney may consist of manipulation, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping and rehab. However, the two key aspects of her approach is always education and exercise. The goal is to create an individualized treatment plan to help you feel empowered in your recovery. Outside of the clinic, you can find her lifting weights at the gym, going for hikes with her dog Gunner or snuggling on the couch with her 2 cats Charlie and Kona.
