Dr. Shamro knew early in life that helping others was her passion, and first learned of the difference Chiropractic care can make while working at a wellness clinic during her teenage years. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in Chiropractic. She went on to complete a degree in Biology at Simon Fraser University before obtaining her Doctorate in
Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Shamro welcomes everyone to her practice with the goal of helping everyone feel their best. Using an evidence-informed approach, Dr. Shamro provides an individualized plan of care that is specific to your goals. Her methods include various adjusting techniques, soft tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and lifestyle recommendations. She is an advocate of multi-disciplinary care and acts in the best interest of her patients to improve overall health.
When she’s not in the office you can find Dr. Shamro hiking, camping, reading, or spending time with family and friends. She is delighted to serve her community along with the other wonderful practitioners at Partners in Health.
