I’m a Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus on chronic pain, migraines, and nervous system health. My approach combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based naturopathic care to help patients move, function, and feel better—without relying solely on medications. Many of my patients come to me after months or years of dealing with headaches, nerve pain, muscle tension, or stress-related symptoms. My work centers on identifying the underlying drivers of pain, supporting the nervous system, and using targeted therapies to improve pain, mobility, and quality of life. I also support concerns that commonly accompany pain, such as sleep issues, stress and burnout, fatigue, anxiety, and digestive symptoms, because these systems often influence one another. My goal is to create treatment plans that are personalized, practical, and sustainable—helping you understand what’s happening in your body and what steps will move you forward. Whether you’re dealing with long-standing pain, frequent migraines, or tension that never seems to resolve, I’m here to help you feel more at home in your body again.
