About Chris
Dr. Chris Aspiras is a Chiropractic Sports Specialist Resident, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and an acupuncture provider. With Magna Cum Laude Honors from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from Brock University, Dr. Aspiras combines academic excellence with hands-on experience.
As a wellness-based clinician with a comprehensive background in training, competing, and treating athletes across various fields, including sports, bodybuilding, and high-intensity interval training, Dr. Aspiras brings a wealth of personal and professional insights to his practice. His work extends beyond the clinic, with teaching, mentorship, and research contributions at CMCC, as well as experiences with organizations like PGA Canada/Americas, youth football/basketball, and combat sport events.
Dr. Aspiras is passionate about helping a range of clients, from recreational and competitive athletes to busy professionals and students, achieve their health and performance goals. Drawing on his knowledge and personal journey, he empowers his clients with the “secrets and shortcuts” he has learned along the way, supporting their wellness journeys with precision and empathy.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Aspiras enjoys staying active with diverse training routines, watching live sports, cooking, and lounging in Toronto’s latest restaurants and cafes.
