She is passionate about helping people experience better periods throughout their lifespan. Dr. Cole frequently supports menstrual cycle & hormone concerns like: premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), period pain/endometriosis, and perimenopause/menopause. Focusing on menstrual cycle and hormone health means that Dr. Cole gets the opportunity to discuss contraception, and preconception care with her patients. Helping people feel their best prior to pregnancy, and ensuring that they receive prompt & supportive fertility care if needed is a special part of her practice. Dr. Cole is dedicated to helping people improve their relationship with food, their digestive health, and their mental health. She sees people with concerns like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), anxiety, depression, chronic stress/burnout, and chronic fatigue. It is important to her that people feel better, and more like themselves, without promoting unnecessary food restriction. In addition, Dr. Cole completes many pap tests, and can assist with the testing and treatment of common genitourinary health concerns. Dr Cole is a member in good standing with the Canadian College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC), the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is board certified in acupuncture and intravenous therapy, and has prescription authority.
