About Caroline
Caroline Meyer is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with more than two decades of clinical and
academic experience in complex cases including mental health and trauma-informed care. Based
in Toronto, she is recognized internationally as a speaker and educator, with presentations
spanning North America and Europe, including the International Congress of Naturopathic
Medicine in Paris, the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the Ontario
Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Her work focuses on the intersections of childhood adversity, ADHD, the microbiome, and the
nervous system, bringing evidence-based integrative approaches to clinicians, families, and
communities. Dr. Meyer has contributed to professional textbooks and journals, as well as
continuing to mentor naturopathic students and interns at the Canadian College of Naturopathic
Medicine.
Passionate about translating science into practical strategies, she is dedicated to improving the
mental health and resilience of children and youth while advancing naturopathic medicine
globally.
