Dr. Candice Esposito is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Bioenergetics Consultant, and Certified Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience helping people understand the deeper patterns influencing their health and well-being. Her work integrates functional medicine, nervous system regulation, and bioenergetic assessment to help clients make sense of complex symptoms and move toward greater coherence. Rather than focusing only on diagnosis or symptom management, she helps people recognize how physiology, lived experience, and the body's adaptive responses interact over time. Candice previously practiced as a licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario and continues to draw on that clinical foundation alongside advanced training in functional medicine, bioenergetics, and nervous system regulation. She works with people navigating chronic and complex health concerns, including fatigue, hormonal dysregulation, digestive conditions, anxiety, depression, and autoimmune conditions. Initial visits are comprehensive and may include a detailed health history, review of previous laboratory testing, functional medicine assessment, and bioenergetic evaluation where appropriate.
