For patients who have never had chiropractic care at our office. (Age 19-64)

For patients aged 0–2 who have not previously received chiropractic care at our clinic.

For patients aged 3–17 who have not previously received chiropractic care at our clinic.

For people who are pregnant and who have never had chiropractic care at our office.

For patients who have never had chiropractic care at our office and who is a student or senior (Age 65yrs+).

For patients aged 18–64 who have not had chiropractic care at our clinic in over one year but less than two years.

For regular patients who are students, seniors, or who have had more than 12 chiropractic visits at our clinic.

Regular patients (Age 19-64)

For patients aged 0–2 who have previously received chiropractic care at our clinic.

For patients aged 3 - 17 who have previously received chiropractic care at our clinic.

For families who have not received chiropractic care at our clinic in over one year but less than two years. Minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 family members.
