About Brayden

Dr. Brayden Laverdure began his post-secondary education at McMaster University, where he graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2022), before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic (Magna Cum Laude) at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2026). His approach to practice is grounded in thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-informed care, with a commitment to helping people move with confidence throughout every stage of life. For care to be truly effective and equitable, Brayden believes that a strong, collaborative relationship between practitioner and patient should take centre stage. He takes the time to understand each person’s concerns, lifestyle, and goals before working with them to create an individualized treatment plan. He particularly enjoys the challenge of a good clinical puzzle, with special interests in headaches, jaw pain, and shoulder and ankle injuries. His background in personal training informs the movement-focused lens through which he assesses and manages musculoskeletal concerns. Manual therapy is a mainstay of his approach and may include soft tissue therapy and joint mobilization or manipulation to create a window of reduced pain and more comfortable movement. He builds on this hands-on care with individualized exercise prescription, lifestyle modifications, and health education to support meaningful, long-term change. Brayden believes that regular activity, combined with the right support, can empower people to take a proactive role in their health. His goal is not only to help patients feel better in the short term, but also to provide them with the tools and confidence to maintain their progress and return to the activities that matter most to them. Outside of the clinic, Brayden enjoys strength training, pursuing new running goals, travelling, and exploring new restaurants throughout the GTA.
