Dr. Arlene Dubier is a Naturopathic Doctor, Birth Doula, and Lactation Expert whose goal is to help women become the healthiest version of themselves by identifying their individual barriers to wellness. Dr. Arlene provides a gentle, non-judgemental approach to healthcare, providing education about the body and empowering her patients. During her studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Arlene took a special interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, completing an externship at the Zhongfang International Red Cross Hospital in China. She has a special interest in menstrual health, fertility, and pregnancy, through her own experience with PCOS. Everyone deserves to have the chance to optimize their chances of fertility success, and Dr. Arlene guides her patients through that process. On her off-time, you can find Dr. Arlene exploring a new hiking trail (suggestions are always welcome), making animal friends and enjoying some delicious food.
