“I've been a client of Anthony's since he started practicing on Canotek Road and there's a reason for it. He's thorough in his initial assessment, listens to what is being said so he can delve deeper into the root cause of the problem. His follow-up treatments are productive, he's punctual, sends exercises and video links of examples of exercises to ensure ongoing rehab happens. And is honest when he says the number of closely booked sessions are required to have effective treatment, and tapering off when positive results are apparent. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, and their online booking portal is quick and easy to use, either to make, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. “Anthony was instrumental in helping me deal with a couple of sports related injuries while training for an Olympic Triathlon. As a business owner myself, I was impressed by the clinic, his staff, and all the involvement and connections he has in Ottawa. His credentials alone make the clinic a top notch establishment, let alone all his other staff. As a client, I noticed he was professional, trustworthy and a great conversationalist which helped the physio go by. One thing that really stuck out to me was he didn't seem too concerned about finding ways for me to always have to visit back, but rather seemed to really care about actually healing me which was refreshing.
