I specifically chose her because she is certified to practice ART (Active Release Techniques), which helped me to regain mobility and range of motion. It's great to combine with kinesiology therapy, I'm seeing improvements weekly. I do kinesiology therapy twice a week and follow up with Dr. Ann Izard the day after. After each visit, treating my injured ankle and area, all the little joints and muscles in my foot and ankle area are much more loose and mobile; regaining ROM (range of motion). 10/10 , highly recommended.”
