Dr. Ann Colaco graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, AB with honours. She is a practitioner that prioritizes a holistic view on health through the use of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture. As a health professional, she is distinguished in the fact that she has 8 years of extensive experience as a registered Massage Therapist in combination with her doctorate in TCM and acupuncture.
Dr. Colaco excels at treating the following conditions:

* menstrual pain and cycle irregularities

* musculoskeletal injuries including sprains and strains
* headaches/ migraines
* digestive issues

* anxiety and depression.
Her practice involves treating the body holistically with a balance of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Dr. Colaco utilizes acupuncture, IMS, electro-acupuncture, motor point needling, gua sha, cupping, massage, myofascial release techniques, cosmetic acupuncture and herbal formulas to support patients with their health goals.
Beyond her technical skills, Dr. Colaco’s genuine passion for her craft and compassionate nature set her apart in the field. She takes the time to listen to her patients, truly understanding their unique needs and tailoring her treatments accordingly to help them feel their best.
When she is not treating in the clinic, she enjoys baking, gardening, lifting weights and reading.
