Dr. Anita is a chiropractor and movement coach who supports patients of all ages through hands-on care, rehab, and education. She uses a blend of chiropractic techniques, soft tissue therapy, active cupping, kinesiotaping, functional acupuncture, and personalized rehab to help you move with more ease and confidence. As an ICPA-certified chiropractor trained in the Webster Technique, a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and a provider of C-section scar release, Dr. Anita is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Her goal is to empower you with the tools and support needed to take charge of your health and feel your best.
