Andrew has transitioned into clinical physiotherapy following a Master of Physiotherapy, ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, Bachelor of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation), Honours and PhD in fast bowling biomechanics and lower back injuries in cricket players. This lead into a position at La Trobe University studying both knee pain and hamstring injuries as a Research Fellow.
Having experience with adolescent athletes as a Level 2 Advanced cricket coach and background in strength and conditioning and trail running, Andrew’s main passion is to help improve performance in lower limb sports.
Since studying physiotherapy however, Andrew has grown a keen interest in assisting those with pain, injury or neurological disorders develop strength and resilience within their bodies to achieve personal goals. He believes no one is too old to get strong, and becoming so is a key part of remaining physically active and improving wellbeing.
