“I had my first appointment with Dr. Gagnon. Both he & his receptionist were very friendly. There was no waiting. My appointment was on time as scheduled. Dr. Gagnon was very thorough during the initial assessment process. Before actually using it, he took the time to show me the instrument that he was going to use during my treatment. And, as he worked on my problem areas Dr. Gagnon proceeded cautiously and kept checking with me throughout the treatment to ensure that I was doing okay.
