As a Naturopathic Doctor and founder of The Maxim Movement and Divine Confidence Institute, I specialize in helping women in their 40s and 50s reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and release the emotional weight through accountability and stopping emotional eating at the root. My approach blends natural medicine with emotional healing — addressing the body, mind, and nervous system together. Using comprehensive lab testing, naturopathic protocols, mindset coaching, I help my patients achieve lasting transformation from the inside out.
