About Amy

My passion is helping women optimize hormones, feel energized and have a balanced mood, to look and feel incredibly well. I believe that healthcare should be empowering and customized to meet your needs and lifestyle. My practice focuses on wellness, using natural and evidenced-based therapies that address the underlying cause of disease or discomfort, and are proactive to create sustainable change for your future health. I understand the challenges and overwhelm the women carry in their many important roles in life - balancing career, home, family and their own well-being. I am here to support you every step of the way. Your appointment is a learning experience. We take the time to go over your concerns, health history and lifestyle to review your care thoughtfully and thoroughly. We work together to create a customized treatment strategy that fits your needs and lifestyle. You'll leave feeling empowered, with a true understanding of why you feel the way you do, and how to get started on the path to feeling better. I strive to create a judgment-free, safe space. All genders, ages, orientations, family structures and cultures are welcome. In addition to my Naturopathic Doctor training, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences with a Minor in Psychology. Having spent years adding to these skills to serve you better, I have done additional learning in facial rejuvenation acupuncture, mental health, fatigue, stress and burnout, fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum including doula training, bio-identical hormone therapy, breastfeeding focused courses and more. I am also a partner with The Umbrella Project, mental health services focused on building coping skills to navigate stress.
